    You need to have a clearly marked way back to the application. I jumped to the privacy page (the link is just befor the submit button) and when I got to the bottom of the privacy page there was no submit button for the application, or path to the submit button on the application page. So I don’t know if you got my application or not.

    I would also like to know when Pennsylvania will be eligable (like Massechusetts) for financial assistance in the installation costs of residential solar panels. Do you have this information available?
